Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to what players actually ask about ClubGG and Chip Cartel.

What is Chip Cartel?
Chip Cartel is a poker club that runs games inside the ClubGG app. We handle the tables, the coin games and the rewards, so you just play. Think of us as the people who run the room, not the app that hosts it.
What is ClubGG?
ClubGG is a free social poker app built by the GGPoker Network. It hosts clubs that run their own ring games and tournaments, and it works on iOS, Android and desktop.
Do I need ClubGG to join?
Yes. Download the free ClubGG app first, then join Chip Cartel using our Club ID. The app is the table; the club is who you play with.
How do I join Chip Cartel?
Download ClubGG, search our Club ID, tap Apply, and you're in. The full step-by-step is on our How to Join page.
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. The ClubGG app is free and we do not charge a fee to join the club.
What poker games do you offer?
No-Limit Hold'em and Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO4, PLO5 and PLO6) ring games, plus tournaments through the week. Details are on our Games page.
What stakes are available?
Micro to mid stakes, listed in big blinds on our Games page. Not every stake runs every hour, so message us for what is live right now.
Do you offer tournaments?
Yes. There's a small tournament every day, plus our big Sunday tournament — play our regular tables through the week and you can earn a seat or two at it. Message us or watch the tables for the current schedule.
How do rewards work?
Every player on our tables gets 25% of their weekly play paid back — the same deal for everyone, paid every week. There's also a small daily tournament and a big Sunday tournament. Full details are on our Rewards page.
When are rewards paid?
Weekly, based on your play that week.
How do I contact support?
Reach us on our official channels, linked on the Contact page. Real answers on the other end, not a bot.
What countries can play?
It depends on where you are, since the rules differ from place to place. Message us before you join and we will tell you straight whether we can seat you. Always play where the law allows.
How do I get coins to play with?
Coins (virtual chips) are managed through the club rather than a central cashier; message us on any official channel and we'll help you get set up. Coins have no cash value.
What if I have a problem?
Message us on any official channel and we will sort it out. Keeping players is the whole business, so problems get a real person, quickly.
